After much thought and consideration, I’ve decided to become a Beachbody Coach.
Beachbody products, such as ChaLEAN Extreme, P90X, and Turbo Jam, are intense, fun, and HIGHLY effective. I’ve been nothing but impressed with the results that come from such incredibly fun and easy-to-do workouts. (Easy as in there’s no dread factor, not easy as in intensity!)

I have the opportunity to add quite a few DVD titles to Advanced Workouts, including Tracey Staehle’s Results Fitness: Boost Your Metabolism and Amy Bento’s 10 Minute Solution DVDs.
The workouts I can add are any from the 10 Minute Solution series; Crunch Fitness; Dance off the Inches series; Element Yoga series; Pick your Level series; and Yoga Booty Ballet. I’m only going to carry the titles that can be considered intermediate/advanced, although I realize these workouts still aren’t as intense as most of the other DVDs on AW. However, I’ve found in my own personal fitness routine that a day of lighter exercise is absolutely essential to overall fitness gains, so I think there will be a place on AW for these workouts. I’m thinking about starting another caterogy, maybe “Lighter Fitness Days” or something like that, so no one will get confused and think that these workouts are as intense as Cathe Friedrich or Anni Mairs, etc.
Which workouts would you like to see added? I can only list a few on the poll, there are many more I can add, so please post a response to anything you’d like to see on AW – and anything you really wouldn’t want to see on AW!

Tuesday: Body Bar’s Armed & Dangerous from the Total Body Express DVD combo, and the cardio part of Cathe’s Body Max 2

Wednesday: The step part of Jules Benson’s Step & Core Pilates, and Bernadette Giorgi’s Attitude Ballet for the lower body

Thursday: Rest

Friday: Kelly Coffey-Meyer’s Cardio Kick Step-Boxing and workouts 1 & 3 from Keli Robert’s Timesaver Upper Body

Saturday: Eoin Finn’s Power Yoga for Happiness, w/ DH
